Secret Keeper by Christopher Harlan

Dylan is a really good guy at keeping secrets for those around him until he meets Penelope. These two are opposites in every way but they are what the other needs and wants. What a great story, I thought Dylan and Penelope were more alike then they thought but that is the fun part of getting to know eachother.
